Ravenskip stretched before padding out of the warriors den, the sun making her black pelt shine. She was on her way to the fresh-kill pile, when some cat had the AUDACITY to bump into her. Well, technically she bumped into him, but what was the fun in blaming herself. No, no, this was much better. Seeing this as an opportunity, Ravenskip flashed him a charming smile. "What are you doing here, handsome?" She flicked her tail-tip under his chin, her emerald eyes sparkling with an unreadable emotion.

She had to admit, the tom was handsome, which would make it even more fun to flirt with him. She licked her paw and gracefully drew it over her ear, making sure there was no fur sticking up or anything like that. She never wanted to look anything less than the best.

➳ Featherlight

After another tedious day of clearing out the tunnels with Maplebird and chasing rabbits on the moorlands with Rushingmoor, Featherlight had finally decided it was time to replenish his energy. His limbs were beginning to shake and hunger ripped at his belly. He'd be no use to the Clan in a deprived state.

The prey pile was just coming into view when another body veered towards him, knocking him slightly off his course. He stumbled a bit but regained his footing easily as his tail worked to steady himself. Featherlight turned his head to see Ravenskip next to him. He was familiar with her, though tended to avoid interactions due to her sometimes erratic nature. And of course, her flirtatiousness - something he avoided altogether since his falling out with Softpelt.

"I was attempting to snatch up a morsel or two before one of these fox-hearts cleared our fresh-kill pile," he replied, giving no attention to the 'handsome' comment at the end. He returned her smile with a friendly, albeit platonic, smile as he returned his attention back to the prey. His mouth was watering, but manners wouldn't let him just ignore his Clanmate. "Just get done with your afternoon nap?" His inquiry was in response to the direction from which she had come - the warriors den.

Ravenskip grew slightly irked when Featherlight seemingly ignored the actually interesting parts of the conversation. She held back the urge to roll her eyes and walk off. "Why yes. I was hunting earlier and got quite tired." She left it at that, as she hadn't done anything else. Wake up, hunt, nap, and wake up again, that had been it, really. Life had been quite boring.

The spotted molly had immediately recognized the tom as Featherlight. She didn't know him, per say - more knew of him, and the fact that they hadn't interacted much. She wasn't sure why, but it seemed like a lot of cats seemed to avoid her.

"What did you do this afternoon, darling?" she mewed, her voice smooth, no wavers detectable in the slightest bit. She picked up a rabbit, and continued on with, "Would you like to share?" This cat may be no fun to flirt with, but that didn't mean she wasn't going to try.
