The large warrior felt none of the nerves that were probably normal when one had to address his whole clan. Instead his pelt prickled with excitement, and a grin spread across his maw. He hoped this event would help his clan start to move on from their past. Even if it’s effects were limited, the idea was still enough to motivate him to make this announcement. Plus who didn’t like a good team building exercise!

He moved to a place where he knew that every cat in camp would be able to easily hear him from. “I’m hosting a battle training event! Apprentices and warriors who are interested please meet me in the training cave!” He meowed with confidence. With that Pinecrash padded out of camp heading towards the cave. His tail held high. Even if only a few cats followed him, he would at least get in some invaluable practice.

Hollowspirit looked up from where he was finishing a mouse. Did he want to participate in battle training? He didn’t exactly want to mingle with other cats, not that he ever did, but given the Firefly Cove battle, it might be a good idea. Rising to his feet he headed slowly and hesitantly over to the training cave.

If anyone needed battle training, it was Mudskip. He avoided it his entire apprenticeship, and then by some unholy miracle, managed to skate through that section of the warrior assessment; the chaos in ThunderClan must've made it difficult to track who learned what.

Come on, mud, you owe it to Cindy and Sparrow. Eugh, responsibilities. Hating himself for it, the small tom inched forward at the beckoning. His sour outlook might be the culprit here, but Mudskip couldn't help but find the organizing warrior's grin creepy. It served as a bitter reminder that many of his clanmates--perhaps most--enjoyed fighting, even saw it as a craft. Oh dear.

While he was now a warrior, Batblood was only about nine or ten moons, and the training he heard Pinecrash offering and suggesting to the clan would indeed be useful for his furture.

Amberbloom would never pass up a chance for extra training. “Cave time, I guess.”
