I was looking into making a character site, but I need one that is free and easy to use. Any options?

I'd recommend Wix! But it can be a lil' confusing sometimes - in that case, I would suggest Weebly.
Toyhouse is nice as well, but it requires an invite code ;;

I used Weebly to make my character site, it's really easy and simple 
(you can check it out in my sig <3)
