Mental help.
Ok so I’ve debated about posting this for a while but I need to tell somebody so why not tell people on the internet that I’ll never meet right?
I’ve been having a really hard time with mental health. I’ve been super anxious and over all exhausted. Some days are really hard, some days I feel like I’m not emotionally there and some can be pretty good. I’ve also been having a really hard time with motivation and over all the energy I put into things. I know it will pass as it always does and I’ve avoided telling anybody because I know it will be better soon but it’s not right.
I don’t really know what to do. Or how to deal with it. I will take any suggestions. In the meantime I what you guys to know my activity will be vary low on some day or weeks. I will do my best to stay active because I really don’t want to leave the sight again. It’s like a space I can just get away for just a moment in a little world we have all added into and helped create. Please feel free to bump me more than once in a week because I will forget. Thank you. Any advice is appreciated.

Sup I’m back! I’m trying to get back into doing rp’s though I only have a windclan kit right now.

Try to get more sleep! It definitely helped me a lot! Also try talking to someone about your issues. In the past few weeks I’ve had some pretty bad issues but I talked with my parents about them and have been getting a lot more sleep! Try expressing your true self to others to make yourself more comfortable. <3

Thank you, j will try and get more sleep and to talk to people about the issues though I don’t think I’m ready to talk to my parents yet. I appreciate the feedback! Thank you again

Oh boy, I don't know what to recommend. I would recommend a trying to get a personal counselor but that would mean talking to your parents about it, which it seems you're not ready for. Perhaps maybe your school's counselor, if you have one.
Apart from that, I would just recommend trying to see what the root of the problem is and see if you can fix it. If you can't fix it, try and see how you can cope with it. Find what works. Fidget toys, letting out your feelings in writing, roleplaying, drawing, etc. Try and see what is keeping you from sleeping and what's making you anxious. Look for what or who lets you get away from your problems. Listening to music, meditation, yoga, etc. Maybe meditation would be good. A way for you to relax, let your body loose. If there is anything that doesn't let you do these things, then switch around or swerve around the problem, maybe even go straight through the problem.
I personally like spending time with friends, which helps me forget about my problems and just let loose. Reading relaxes me and listening to music. But especially reading. It helps me escape my problems for a while and it also helps with my brain. 2 for 1 deal.
I really hope that this helps and I feel really bad for you. Just know that there are people out there who you can rely on and who want to help. Don't be like me who refuses to accept help from others and just hides behind a sheet that I've created for myself. @feather lily

When I first started having mental health problems it helped to try to pinpoint one potential cause, and see if there was anything I could do to resolve it, or help it at least, instead of trying to get rid of everything at once

I having trouble with my mental health too actually. I’ve been meeting with my school counselor and I recommend it, like ~Fierce~ has already suggested. It’s helped me a lot, because it’s totally confidential. Unless it something really serious, like if you want to hurt yourself(though this might just be my own school). It’s been having a really good affect on me too. I would also suggest doing something to get your emotions out, something that you enjoy. I do soccer and karate, which helps a lot. Something else you can try is writing all the things that are worrying you on a piece of paper, just to get them in order. You can also make a list of everything you need to do for school. Also just ranting to my friends helps me a lot.

Thank you guys for all of the advice! I think I will try to write down things I need to do to try and get them in order because I always never have motivation or forget about them and it will stress me out the entire day. I have been talking with the school social worker but only once a week. I also do taekwondo which helps ( though I’ve ended up crying twice in the past two weeks ) I will try and pin point why I’ve been struggling but I have been finding it kind of difficult because the last time I was struggling like this it was vary easy to pin point why. I’ll also try and relax once and a while like fierce said because I don’t do that vary much.
