@Scum oh, i love all of these sites! i created mine using wix templates! it's right here if you want to give it a look!
i've used both weebly and wix before, though i prefer (and recommend!) wix for the various customizations they have! 
i must say though i really do like the formatting you have used for that site! it's very organized and crisp!!
