Closed Worldweaver Purrk Questions

Alright, I have a few questions about how this purrk works.

1. It says that the spirit can make things appear, but for animals would they guide it to where they want it to be, or simply teleport it / create it.
2. How exactly would this work? When the spirit was to use it would the rper make a post with them in the living world? Would they make the world manipulation post in Starclan and just notify characters in the area?
3. For items do they have to be natural items (native plants, stones, ect.) or can they be unnatural items (twoleg rubbish, not native plants, crystals, ect.)
4. Do they have to learn this technique in rp if they've been previously roleplayed, if so would it just be through trial and error?

2. for this, you can do it in clan threads. for example, you could do a post in a clan thread like this:
'snowfur created a pebble in the clearing from within starclan'. MAKE SURE ITS INCLUDED THAT IT WAS CREATED FROM WITHIN ONE OF THE AFTERLIVES, because the dead cant appear in living threads without spiritual encounter purrk.
