pretty sure the dash was for pronunciation purposes, it's supposed to be said as one word haha. not with a pause between "wuh" and "co"

IK. I've always pronounced it in my head as an acronym..tbh I've never said it out loud.

heard it said out loud as an acronym during a voice chat a long time ago and it was .. uncomfortably weird in all honestly. i never associated it as an acronym and the thought has always been odd to me

Actually, you are pronouncing it like an acronym. The "Duhbau/Double U/We See Oh" is an alphabetisation! XML is an alphabetisation. TARDIS is an acronym.
