OH hey, the Chatbox is “active” wow that’s rare. Is it just me or are HRs changing fast....like Onyxwhisper resigning and now we have Buttercupbreeze and then Snowstar ain’t an HR anymore and Daydream is searching for an apprentice....yada yada yada get my point?

Oh yeah...I think the worst one was like 50 million TC deputies and leaders...but there was also a lot of RC MC changing and ShC dep and leader changing and some WindClan...SkyClan is the only clan that like never budges...and I appreciate that. SkyClan is a great clan even if it doesn't get much action...

Also, is it just me or do you feel kind of tired of all the site wide plots/wars especially fighting between WC and TC like there is never a break...it also all seems to happen at gatherings and it's like...make it interesting and chafe it up a bit. None of my cats are taking part in this fight except for one and that's CottonFlower of ShC

Oh great I'm getting salty about HRs again...my emotions say yes, rant but my heart says don't do it!!!

i kinda like that they change often, other people get chances for hr's, and i like seeing interesting leaders,

I mean yeah, I guess that opens up more opportunities (if they are taking in applications) for people to have a go but at the same time...It annoys me slightly because these people got great roles that other people would do anything to get but then they don't commit and go inactive or decide to quit and it's kind of like...why? Why bother if you're just...you know what I mean? I know some people can't help it but...there's other people out there that would've liked to have that role and you just give up on it after you worked hard and best everyone else at getting it...I dunno just my thoughts and how I feel about that. I'm looking forward to (not in a mean way) Grousestar's death and AuroraFlame becoming leader.

Uh, not trying to be rude, but i feel you are throwing shade at me, because i lost my HR due to inactivity.

also, i think you are putting a bit to much weight on a site where we role play intelligent cats with tiny little communities.

Another thing, most people wouldn't 'do anything' for a HR, mine was a happy surprise, and me loosing it was an kinda annoying but okay thing.

complaining about site plots and high ranks publicly probably isn't the best way to get considered for one if you're interested in a role.

Also, creating finders for HRs is up to the users choice. I preferred hand-picking mine because I could actually go through and make sure members were consistent in activity and meet requirements. Plus it allows me to really look for those members who have stood out on wco. Most people who apply for an HR don't meet those requirements so it wastes more time sorting them out to a select few. With that leaves favoring certain people over others. You don't think about it, but most applicants are chosen because the members are friends or have rped often together. Just how I see those finders working out.

some people hand pick their successors because they personally know that that person will fulfill their duties. like you said, the hrs were constantly changing, so it makes more sense to hand pick people that you know will stay. complaining about it publicly will not get you any where. we cant help when a person is booted for whatever PERSONAL reason, but the site goes on and the roles are filled. having an hr doesnt mean anything, it just means your cat is on the sidebar, thats it. its not a popularity contest, or having your cat noticed. instead of focusing on getting an hr so much i suggest just focus on roleplayings, improving writing, having good activity/attitude on the site, and good things MIGHT come to you. i opened apprentice applications for daydream to give people a CHANCE, not for people to complain.
