the link thing?

I know how to do links,but how do I do it so it shows up as a word.i feel like I'm the only one who doesn't know how to do it,so if someone could explain this to me,that would be helpful.

There's a button. It's a little Earth with a chain link in front of it. Clicking that will bring up a little window, and that's where you enter the link. Once the little window disappears, it'll look like this:

URL="http://www.cats.org.uk/uploads/images/featurebox_sidebar_kids/grief-and-loss.jpg"]http://www.cats.org.uk/uploads/images/featurebox_sidebar_kids/grief-and-loss.jpg[/URL]

The link is there twice. You can replace the second link with whatever word you want it to appear as.
