Whitecloud jumped in front of Ripplepaw. It was on the small side, and looked like it belonged to a Twoleg. "Go!" She yowled. She leapt to the side as the dog charged, then yelled to get it attention. "Over here!"

The large dog (A put bull), snarled at Whitecloud, but he had his eye on the smaller cat. That cat was afraid, easy prey. The dog charged at Ripplepaw, who reared up and batted weakly at its muzzle. That just angered the dog more. It snapped at Ripplepaws leg, and with a snap, his leg broke and Ripplepaw's eyes rolled back with pain. He colapsed on the floor, unconcious. The dog went to pick up his new toy... (Have whitecloud grab ripple & run?)

"Ripplepaw!" Whitecloud screeched. She ran at the dog, swiping her claws at it's muzzle. While it stumbled, she grabbed Ripplepaw's scruff in her jaws and ran. He was big(ish), and holding him like a kit was awkward. Not her finest moment.

Ripplepaw's head bobbed and hit the ground now and again when Whitecloud ran with him, giving him a concousion. The dog reeled back at Whiteclouds claws, and for a split second was blinded. When he looked around again, the cats were gone.
(Ripple's gonna live, though he will have limited use of his front right leg, and severe PTSD.)

Whitecloud stopped when she was sure the dog was gone. She placed him gently down under a wide-spread oak. "Ripplepaw?" She hissed. "Ripplepaw?" She looked around, worried another dog would pop up.

Ripplepaw opened his eyes but he wasn't ok from the concousion. He muttered some jibberish then retched all over himself and Whitecloud

Whitecloud recoiled, her lip curling in absolute disgust. How did medicine cats do it? After several disgusting moments, she grabbed his scruff again, this time towing him all the way to camp.
