”You know that we shouldn’t ever do this. Perhaps it would be best if only at gatherings.” Besides, she barely knew him. He could be a complete jerk to his clanmates, a snobby brat, anything!
But here she was fine with him.
Perhaps they could have a relationship only at certain times. With her clan, she could be as free as the wind. Here, she could simply enjoy the company of Darkstorm.

”I hate to agree, but I also have to agree.” She meowed, enjoying the feel of his tongue on her ear tips. She rarely let anyone besides family touch her, but here it was alright, as long as no Thunderclanners saw her and Darkstorm. She could imagine it.

”I can’t force you to do that. And what happens if you do? My clanmates will ask questions about the tom who joined then became my mate. I don’t want to ruin your life.” She meowed. They would both be ruined. She didn’t want him to stake everything for her.

“You’re right. But what if we have Kits? Who will own them? Will we tell them we found them?” He replied, nuzzling her again

She squirmed. She honestly didn’t want kits. But it was a concern. “If we ever decide that we want to have kits, we won’t tell anyone but them about their parents. When they grow up they can choose,”
