Butterbean let out a small 'wow', with a look of see on his face. "How did you survive?" He mewed, imagining himself as a loner. " I couldn't live without my twolegs and bacon! " He remarked. They just don't appeal to me since I was born in a hostile environment where Nofurs were painted in a bad light." She took i anthor breath and then continued "I grew up outside in a miniature version of a barn, where I had about 15 different half siblings. Imagine there was fifteen other cats in your house, and you were all competing for one bag of bacon that only 8 cats could get." She said and looked down

Butterbean was amazed. "Woah. It must have been hard to live like that." He mewed. " Me and my family were living in the street before I became a kittypet. But I was too young to remember anything that happened. Well, I don't remember most things! All I know is that did happen, but I don't remember anything else. My twolegs found me and took me to live with them, so I choose to stay with them because I've been grateful ever since. " He paused for a moment, drawing breaths in. "I can't imagine how hard it must have been though, for you!" He mewed.

"Yeah... That also why I'm small compared to cats like artemis." Caramel said and looked down. "I just didn't get enough nutrition." She said and looked down. She had never spilled something like this to anyone.

Butterbean nodded in understanding. "Me too! I may look a bit bigger than most kits, but it's actually all fur!" He mewed cheerfully. " Its nice that you're sharing all of this. No one's ever done that with me before"

Butterbean smiled. He had finished his bacon, and was full. He had one other question though... "Do rouge cats ever steal your food? I heard they come out at night and suck your blood" He shivered.

"They were pretty burly, with an assortment of scars. I managed to get away by tricking them. They aren't very smart" She said and smiled at him.
