"Ravenshade." She replied simply, her voice softening from granite to fluff in a matter of moments. She couldn't be cold towards a kit. However she did not look at him directly, for fear of disturbing him with the burn scars.

"I'm Shadowkit!" The kit squeaked, hopping up and falling over. He gazed up at Ravenshade. "Why is your face all messed up?" He asked curiously. He had never seen any cat with fur on only one side of their face.. Shadowkit pushed himself up into a standing position once more. (Could you mention or quote me when you reply to this rp? It makes it easier to keep track of when you posted)

I'm very sorry to anyone who had a plot with me, but it's for the best. I have new interests, hobbies, and friends now. I will not be adopting out my characters, please just assume they died.

(Sure, sorry I'm just getting used to the forum lol. I'll keep that in mind.)
Ravenshade sucked in a sharp breath and let it out, unwilling to get angry at a kit. She gazed down at him. "I lost a fight. That's all you need to know, alright?" The words were sharper than she intended, but it needed to be put down that discussion of her face was off limits.

"What? Why not?" Shadowkit mewed. Of course his mother would come back! Why shouldn't she? The small kit stared up at Ravenshade, awaiting an answer.
