She was laughing, great. How fun. Wolf's amber and green eye and a bored look in them as he watched the house-cat. Giggly and naive, so unaware of the world around her. All house-cats were the same, either proud and to cocky for their own good or painfully oblivious to their surroundings. A shame really, while Wolf never really cared for conversations with house-cats since they rarely had anything to offer information-wise but it weld be nice to meet someone with brains once in a while, a nice change of pace.


God, she was talking to much. His nose wrinkled up in disgust as she said the word "stray". "Rouge." he corrected her. He liked that word better. "And yes, I find food that way. It's much quicker than hunting." While he knew the basics of it it took time and more effort, and he didn't have much of either. "And i doubt you could teach me, seeing as you have those" he nodded towards the kits. "and are trapped in here like a prisoner." Wolf could never handle being stuck in one place like that.


He couldn't quite see what there was about him to talk about, he was like any other rouge, just wandering around looking for a place to stay for the nigh and a meal for the day, nothing out of the usual.

Tinker cocked her head. "Rogue? What does that mean?" She was happy to be hearing more strange words again, learning new things. Rogue sounded so much more...foreign. Maybe this tom was from even further away! "Do you live around here? Or did you just get here? Do you know anybody in the area?"

Quicker than hunting? She didn't understand this rush all of these strays...rogues...cats without housefolks seemed to be in all the time. "Well, if you want something quick that's better than their rubbish, I can get you some kibble or maybe even some of the really good stuff that comes from one of their cans. It's real yummy and my housefolk have been getting me the extra yummy stuff since they figured out I was pregnant."

Tinker sat up a little straighter with a smile, already pleased with herself. "I've caught some birds right here in this very yard. Soon enough I'll be teaching them how to catch them too. And, oh, it's not like that. I'm not locked in like a...like, what was that you said? A prisoner? No, my housefolk are just keeping me and the kits safe. They'll take them down once the kits are bigger, I'm sure."
