Swan's Battle [p]

[Blazingstar]

The fluffy feline laid in a meadow, wondering who was going to appear this time. He'd gotten a mixture of cats recently, it wasn't just WindClan. It was a nice change honestly. He liked seeing and learning from the other clans. It wasn't like he couldn't do it here in StarClan, but the living world was interesting and full of the drama and chaos he missed.

Blazingstar closed his eyes and waited. He could almost doze off if it took long enough for them to appear.

Swanpaw opened his eyes and looked around. "What where am I?" he looked around before spotting another cat. He walked up towards them. "Hey, I'm Swanpaw of Riverclan who are you and where am I?" he asked the other cat which he was now a couple tail lengths away from them. A safe distance if they were to leap he could easily move out of the way.

Well, that startled him. Maybe he did doze off a little because he was not aware of Swanpaw until the little apprentice had padded right up to him. His golden eyes shot open and he stared at Swanpaw in shock for a moment. It took a moment, but he rose to his paws and cleared his throat to properly greet Swanpaw.

"Well greetings, Swanpaw. I'm Blazingstar. You've found your way to StarClan," he replied with a smile, gesturing to their surroundings. Everything was light, starry, and represented meadows of WindClan in this area. He'd take brief glance around before his gaze would settle on the small apprentice again.

Swanpaw gazed around memorized. "I didn't think I would be in Starclan this soon?" he meowed and looked up at the tom. Dipping his head. "Greetings Blazingstar" he meowed in a polite formal tone. "May I ask, am I dead?" he couldn't help but ask the question because why else would he be in Starclan then? I really hope I'm not dead I'm not ready! he meowed frantically inside his mind no emotion but polite showing on the outside though he tried to keep his calm but couldn't help gaze around the tom and back and farther between the land and the tom.

Blazingstar gave a soft chuckle, dipping his head in greeting back. He already appreciated the respect the younger feline was giving, but he wasn't sure if he was always like that. "No, no, don't worry. You're not dead yet. You're dreaming," the fluffy feline reassured, his tail wrapping around his paws as he spoke. "Something must be bothering you if you're here, am I right?" He asked with a raised brow.
