To Restore and Return the Sun

Six moons ago, Sunbreeze was out in the territory. She had left the care of her newborn kits to her fellow queens and her beloved mate Colby @Hexict While out in the territory, she went near the outerborder. Here, she ran into a batch of Twolegs which spotted her. They caught her off guard and captured the young queen. Sunbreeze was thrown into a metal cage and taken from Riverclan. She spent nearly two and a half moons in a no-kill animal shelter.

During her time in the shelter, Sunbreeze watched as many Twolegs came through and stuck their fingers in her cage. At first she tried to fight them, scared of what they might do. Eventually she learned that the Twolegs were the way to freedom. Over time she calmed herself and forced herself to act lovingly towards the Twolegs. Though it still didn't work. The Twolegs were more concerned with the kits in the shelter than the cats. The orange and white molly began to loose hope. She became depressed, thinking that she was going to die here, that she would never see her kits, or mate again. Then after time, an elderly couple came to Sunbreeze's cage. After some time spent with her, and decisions made between the couple, they decided to adopt her.

Things didn't get easier though. While Sunbreeze was filled with more hope than before, she still was not doing good. The time she had spent in the shelter had drained her. She was mad at Starclan, for leaving her stuck in that place. She was mad about the doubts in her mind. The doubts made her think of Colby, giving up hope on her and finding a new mate. She imagined her kits growing up without a mother, without her love and affection.


Now here is where the roleplayed section of the plot begins.

Sunbreeze has been brought how by an elderly Twoleg couple. The two already have one cat, [COMPANION]. This kittypet is quick to befriend Sunbreeze and introduce her to the luxuries of Clan life. The two spend their days in the home together, but [COMPANION] can't wonder why Sunbreeze is always so depressed. Sunbreeze is very cold to her past and never wishes to talk about it. She brushes the subject away or ignores her friend completely. [COMPANION] take on a mission of cheering Sunbreeze up, and breaking through the barrier that the Riverclan cat has built up around herself.
It takes Sunbreeze a while to finally admit everything to [COMPANION], and explain why she is depressed and moody. She promises that she wasn't always like this and begins to explain where she came from and the life she was stolen from. [COMPANION], now knowing the truth, works harder than ever to cheer Sunbreeze up, though they cannot fully understand why Sunbreeze wants to go back to the wild when she could have all the luxuries of a kittypet. Though none the less, [COMPANION] helps Sunbreeze try to escape. It takes work, but they eventually devise a plan to get out of the house.
It works, and the two felines are away. They run away from the den, far enough that the Twolegs cannot find them. Sunbreeze leads the way, acting confident in her sense of direction. Though she gets hopelessly lost. They spend a night in a back ally between houses. Here they find [LONER]. The cat is friendly towards Sunbreeze and [COMPANION] and tells them that they know the way back to the wild. The three travel together and are led back to the outskirts of Twoleg place. It is here that Sunbreeze and [COMPANION] bid farewell to their friend. The two then continue on towards the Clans.
On their way, Sunbreeze and [COMPANION] pass a run down looking barn. They stop for the night, thankful for the shelter, but they find more than just shelter inside. In the building Sunbreeze and [COMPANION] find [KIT 1] and [KIT 2]. Sunbreeze's motherly instincts kick back in immediately and she runs to the kits rescue. The two kits had been abandonded along with their third sibling. The third kit had died, too far gone for anyone to have saved. Sunbreeze knows just what to do and takes [KIT 1] and [KIT 2] under her wing. The four cats spend the next day in the building, trying to get the kits to warm up and make them feel safe.
After the kits are feeling better, Sunbreeze wants to travel more. The four cats, Sunbreeze, [COMPANION], [KIT 1] and [KIT 2], head on towards the Clan. Sunbreeze knows now that they are not far from the Clans, and she leads the way towards the marshy lands of Riverclan. It is here that Sunbreeze asks [COMPANION] to join her and the two kits into the Clan, and join her in the life of a warrior.



From here, the Rp'er can decide whether the Companion will join Sunbreeze, or return back to Twolegplace.

This concludes the detailed portion of the plot. Everything else will flow however it needs.



There aren't many roles, but I do need all of them filled.

COMPANION :: The feline (any gender) that is a kittypet to the Twolegs that adopt Sunbreeze. They travel willingly with Sunbreeze as they travel for the Clans. Then possibly join her in Riverclan.

LONER :: This is the cat that will escort Sunbreeze and COMPANION through the streets and alleys of Twolegplace.

KIT 1 and KIT 2 :: These are the two kits that Sunbreeze and COMPANION find in the barn. They will be cared for by Sunbreeze and practically adopted into Riverclan by her.

'Blood
It was what she craved, especially from these two. Her nose wrinkled at the smell. She’d learned not to let her guard down. Her head rotated to Mangle. They were going to do this whether they wanted to or not, and the latter seemed like a stupid option. They were raised this way, in the Clan of Blood, to crave for that very thing. “You.” Her tail flicked to Bayoupaw, a menacing smile on her features. Her eyes flashed to Cobra, to the cat that he had under his lethal grasp, the cat’s plea. She chuckled. Her cranium turned back to the cat before her and she stepped up.
“Please don’t kill us.”
Her head angled toward Cobra when she heard those words from the cat underneath the beast. A smile shadowed her features again before she flexed her claws and turned her attention back to Bayoupaw. “Are you lost..?” The feline snorted. To them, Detrimental was a monster out of their own nightmares. A monster in the closet. A laugh escaped from her jaws before she flicked an ear, unsheathing her claws. She was going to do anything she had to to protect her honor.

Appearance :: Hikari is a long-haired light brown tabby with russet tipping. He has charming yellow eyes that seem to know more than he lets on. Reference
Personality :: Hikari is a wander by nature, and has been on his own since he was about 5 moons old. He has been all over, traveling anywhere his paws will bring him. He knows a lot about the clan territory and twoleg places nearby, having walked through all of those places. He is charming and has a way with words which can help him get out of trouble. He takes pride in his knowledge of other places. He is often guarded at first when he meets a new cat but opens up easily. He loves to exaggerate, and flaunt whenever someone asks about his travels.

Willowfur smiled,
ears flicking towards the tom as he spoke. She took a few juicy bites of her thrush, a feather sticking to her nose. She sneezed softly, blowing the annoying feather away in the air. Even though thrush was her favorite meal, feathers had a habit of sticking to her muzzle and making her sneeze or cough The she-cat quickly recomposed herself and faced Ashnose again, grinning. The Abassyian cat swore she looked like a mouse-brain for half a second there while she sneezed.

She shuffled her paws and took a few more bites, watching the tom as he drooled over his mouse. He must love mouse as much as I love thrush, and he must be hungry too. She laughed very softly, shaking her head at the tom. He looked a bit silly, however, she knew exactly how he must feel. She ate the rest of her meal rather quickly, feeling famished. The cat smiled and curled her tail around her chest once she was done, content and full. "It's okay. Honestly, I am positive I look like that every now and then. Especially when I haven't had thrush in a while and get a chance to eat one." She said, smiling. She brushed her tail against his flank for just a moment, as if to tell him it was okay. That she didn't mind his silliness. That's what friends are for right? Ashnose was her friend, right?

There's nothing really unique or out of the ordinary about Kodak. He's an average height and
build, though a little on the chunky side since he rarely goes outside. He's got calico fur, with
blending splotches of orange, black, and white fur. A mix of the orange and black fur cover the
majority of his face, encasing two pale green eyes. His fur is rather thin and short, and always
appears neat and kept due to daily groomings by his housefolk. Kodak has long whiskers and an
even longer tail, aiding him in his incredible balancing skills. There is a v-shaped nook in his
ear and a slight scar above his eye due to a run-in with a raccoon in his youth.
Personality ::
Sweet and kind, though insastiablly curious, Kodak isn't one to shy away from strangers. In fact,
he is often the first to speak and strives to make sure that no one feels left out. He can get overwhelmed
at times, though, if too many crowd around him, or if it gets too loud. Since he is used to a more quiet
and relaxed lifestyle, any fast-paced events tend to leave him confused and dazed, though he'll
usually catch up. Kodak is a rather quick learner, and is always wanting to know everything he can
about anything. He likes to observe, but will offer his own input if needed. With a creative and innovative
mind, Kodak is always coming up with handy tricks or "lifehacks" that can aide in daily activities. He
tends to wear his "heart on his sleeve", and can't necessarily hide his emotions that well - whoever he's
around will know when he is happy, sad, angry, etc.

Potentially. He might have some inner conflict since he tends to shy away from the fast-paced
lifestyle, but perhaps along the journey he discovers this new strength and after convincing
from Sunbreeze, decides to join her and give it a try.

All he wanted was to know that despite their different homes now, at least some or the original friendship still resonated with Kestrelpaw. After all, despite the divide that separated them, he cared for her. She had been one of his first friends, and Jaypaw could only imagine how hard it must've been to learn that he decided to return her favor by leaving the Clan. There was so much he wanted to say, so much that he wanted her to know, but for now he held his tongue. "Me too," he replied softly, fighting against his will to keep his gaze locked with hers. He might not have been able to say all the things on his mind, but perhaps they had gotten to know each other well enough that the ThunderClan she-cat would be able to see just how much he missed her by reading the tiny flickering flames in the depths of his eyes.

Watching her demeanor completely change as he asked about her warrior ceremony, Jaypaw felt his heart do a little flip. It made him happy to see a smile on her face in place of an uncomfortable frown. She'll make one of the best warriors in ThunderClan, he thought to himself as he grinned, watching her talk rather fast and eager about the upcoming ordeal. He was a few moons off from his own warrior ceremony, perhaps even longer with having to prove his loyalty to his new Clan over and over. Jaypaw was well aware of Blazingstar's attention upon him; being an apprentice still fresh from ThunderClan and wanting to train in WindClan was no small passing, and he was sure the leader had taken much grief over allowing him sanctuary within Windclan.

"Eh, mostly my mentor and a pawful of the other apprentices," Jaypaw mewed, shrugging his shoulders and casting his gaze to the ground. "Most of them are just waiting for me to slip up, or go back. But I think with enough time they'll learn that my loyalties lie with them now. I hope." It was all the young tom could do; hope. He knew he couldn't force his new Clanmates to like him or trust him anymore than he could force his paws to run further when they were already exhausted. The apprentice knew he just had to keep his head down, stay out of trouble, and put in hard work and effort to obtain the status his father had in the Clan; a strong, loyal warrior who would give his life for WindClan.

Despite this façade of her earlier excitement, he assumed she was probably nervous as well about her upcoming warrior ceremony.. Without thinking much, he reached across the border and batted her playfully on the shoulder with one paw, the way he used to when they were both apprentices back in ThunderClan. "Hey, you'll do great as a ThunderClan warrior," he reassured her, nodding his gray head as he spoke. Placing his paw back on the ground, not a single look of regret or embarrassment crossed his face as he shrugged. "Plus, if they don't, you'll have to tell me about it at the Gathering. I wanna hear about the great Kestrelpaw tripping on her way to receive her warrior name." A chuckle followed his statement, and his pale yellow eyes glimmered with humor.

Personality ::
Overall, Cypress is a Brave and Curious kit, which can lead to him getting into trouble sometimes. He tends to try and sneak away from others, usually from a distraction caused by one of his other siblings, though he doesn't try too often to sneak away. At times he can get a bit rude and bossy if he wants to stick to a plan, and can get a bit annoying if he does try to boss everyone around.

She has dark tabby stripes running along her pelt, with the mackerel “M” on her forehead. Her nose is pink with a splash of black towards the base, with dull gray eyes. Her chest, part of her muzzle, and below is a creamy white, along with her under belly and hind legs/paws. Her tail is crooked- giving her an off-balances stance and movement.
Personality :: Aanako is slightly introverted, denying company and usually demanded for solitude. She comes off as rude sometimes, when social-butterflies try to chat with her. She likes to always be in the back of the crowd, and when faced with inportant decisions she usually panics. Just so many things could go wrong, anyway. She could slip up and embarrass herself, she could hesitate and others could make fun of her. Just so many possibilities! Aanako is extremely strategical. If something doesn’t go as she planned, then she may be in a slight fit. Some may thing it’s childish, but for her it’s inportant and scientific. The molly is also extremely stubborn. If she’s doesn’t want to do it, then she is not doing it. She is hard to persuade, even if what she believes in is wrong. If you manage to break the she-kits shell down, then you are met by a fun-loving, sarcastic, humorous cat. With those that she is close to, she always trys to crack a laugh. If you aggravate her enough, though, she will send you glares and may even (strategically) sabatoge you.
