Closed purrk question

So if i purchase a purrk like all beefed up that doesnt say one time use can i transfer that over to another cat when that cat dies or do i just spend 1400 for that one cat one time? Im saving up for the beefed up purrk and i want to know if its really worth it

in the thread for purrks, it says
"Purrks cannot be transferred from character to character without either the character dying, or by purchasing and using a skill reset. In either of these cases, please submit a Support ticket letting staff know where the purrks are going! You can shelve the purrks for a later use, or relocate them onto other characters you own."

so assuming that the character dies, you can transfer it I'm pretty sure
