Pocket Glitter
Hello there lovely members of WCO! The staff team would like to give you a few quick updates about a few of our members and some new roles they're taking! 
We'd like to introduce something a little different to the site: leads! Essentially, there are 3 types of staff members right now on WCO. We have Site Moderators, the Support Team, and Chat Moderators! Each of these roles covers a different part of WCO management, and each of these 3 roles will have a lead! These leads are basically "in charge" of their respective branch of the staff team.
With that out of the way, let's see the leads!
@dino. is our lovely Chat Lead! Glow has taken over the discord server and will primarily be running that from now on. Congrats dino.!! @Shade. will also be helping with everything chat-related while she trains in other ares of the site!!
@hope is our amazing Support Lead! He's been a part of the staff team for a long time, and has invaluable knowledge to give to everyone!! Your site assistance questions, support tickets, and the like are in great hands!
@vellichor is our fantastic Moderator Lead! They've also been part of the team for a long time, and have plenty of know-how to help out with the day-to-day tasks of the moderation team!! With the help of @daenerys, our Mod Squad is as good as gold!
@Starfall is our wonderful Administrator Lead! A jack-of-all-trades, she'll be overseeing all of the other leads. So, if you have a problem that you haven't been able to resolve with the other staff members, she's your go-to!!
These new leads will have fun new lead tags and colors coming soon, so be on the lookout for that!
Finally, we'd like to announce that, with all of these new roles, BEAR and Apricute will be taking a step back and focusing on the development side of things! They've been working super hard on fantastic new content for WCO, and we're so happy to let them focus on that! Any questions or concerns should be brought up with one of the leads, and not BEAR or Apricute. They are still an integral part of the staff team, but will not be handling anything other than site development!
We're super excited to announce this to you all!! Congrats to all the new leads and the team as a whole!
