You can't create actual Forums, but you can create Threads, like you just did to ask this question. I hope this helped.

If it's a post you're looking to report, then just click this '  ' little button at the top of the problem post. It'll be located in the right hand corner, above where the join date is stated in a forum post.

Actually, we ask users follow the instructions Vos provided (using the red report button). The only time we ask users message us is for chatbox violations, and members need to include a screenshot of the incident.
