BACKSTORY

Born in ShadowClan, Maplekit has little recollection of the Shadow Cats. In fact, she probably doesn't even know of her half-Clan heritage + birth place. As far as she knows, she was born in ThunderClan and nursed by a Queen.

Mapleface grew up with two fathers, one biological and the other his mate, thus making him Mapleface's adoptive dad. She absolutely supports and loves the both of them, and may even be lesbian herself.

She never knew her mother, and didn't ask much of her either because her biological father never spoke of her. A carefree gal from birth, the young molly took to her training as Maplepaw, out and about in ThunderClan's forests whenever given the chance. She's the bubbly sort, quick to make friends and even quicker to trust.

She was given her warrior name after the obvious marking of a maple leaf on her face. Usually, Mapleface doesn't quite mind that her name meaning was so.. literal. She has her name, after all, and the freedom that comes with it.

*Except... Mapleface figures that there's a whole other world besides her Clan. There are outsiders, kittypets, and so many other atrocities that intrigue her. Maybe befriending one or two won't be bad... Even if.. they're renowned, feared Cult Cats.

Can't be so bad to make a friend here and there, yeah?
