The Chicken Farm: Open

a small munchkin leaped about in a frolicking way through the crowd of chickens, happily chasing the small little chicks away from the driveway. after all that was a dangerous place for a baby chicken, they could get smooshed! and that would be terrible! just terrible!

Macky couldn't stand for that! she gave a little stomp with her back paws, imitating the youngest twoleg kit's foot movements they made when they where mad. oh stomping, such fun! Macky liked trying to imitate her twolegs kits. it made the older twolegs laugh! she liked the sound of their laughter...

oh no you don't mister chickit! Macky pounced gently on the rebelious chick and gently picked it up in her teeth, carring it like one would carry a kit, back towards the chicken den...

a scarred Bombay tom noticed and his small son got excited about the chicks and he mewed "Dad I'm hungry, can we go over there pleaseeeee?" The tom sighed and said "No Joey I'll go you stay" The tom walked over and started searching in the trashcan near the chicken den

Macky perked up her ears as a few new voices caught her attention. still carrying the chick, she frolicked over to find out just who was by the chicken den... ah, a tom and a younger kit... she stalked up silently as she got closer, dropping the chick and pouncing in front of the two newcomers with a small growl... "Who are You? Why are you by My Chickens?"

The scarred Bombay cat got protective of his son and scooted Joey behind him and then he meowed “My name is Smokey and this is my son Joey and we’re looking for food in the trashcan” Joey then mouthed to Mackey and Smokey didn’t notice Joey mouthing “Please let us use this trash can it’s the closest thing we have to a food source ever since our home got destroyed and my mom went missing”

Macky looked the two over with a final glance. "well as long as you don't hurt any of my chickens, i suppose your fine being here. But Eating out of the Trash? that'll Never do." Macky turned, the bright orange tabby with white tuxedo markings turned towards the barn. "If You want a real Meal, Then The Barns your Place" She meowed starting to head in that direction.

Smokey nodded and said "Thank you" he gently picks up Joey and carries him to the barn and then find 7 plump mice and he catches them with ease and feeds Joey 6 while he eats the only one left quietly watching the outside in the barn | @Zei |

Macky perched herself on a bail of hay. when an eruption of loud sound erupted behind her she nearly fell off, before wipping around to give the chicken den's rooster a killer stare and a few spats of her small paws

Smokey heard the noise but ignored it as he was trying to make Joey sleep so he went outside real quick and dragged a beaten up cardboard box into the barn with all sorts of stuff and as he did he realized why the rooster crowed so loudly a fox was coming so he dropped the box quickly and ran outside to warn Macky

Macky too noticed that the scent of fox was in the air. She shot a Glance at Joey and Smokey "Quick, Up on top of The Twoleg Monster in the back of The barn, its dead, but it'll keep you far from the foxes reach!" she hissed

Smokey grabbed Joey and quickly hopped on The Twoleg Monster in the back of the barn as the Fox got near the Barn
