Emma slipped into the creek, eager to survey the woods.
She had heard stories of a swift gang of cats that patrol the forest. While it seemed unbelievable at first, now she just wanted to see if the rumors were true. If they were, was this so-called 'clan' going to live up to its reputation?
Emma lived for the excitement in situations like this. It's a welcome change from being in a stuffy house all the time!
