"I sincerely hope they watch over you as well," he smiled and dipped his head, looking back at the sky in silence.

The sunlight warmed her back as Moonpaw heard cleftpaw meow from across the clearing. She trotted over to great him. She nuzzled him in a friendly gesture. “Come on let’s go hunting” Moonpaw meowed as she ran off towards the forest knowing Cleftpaw would follow her.

Cleftpaw bounded off behind his best friend. Hunting would be good today, he hoped. The Clan needed food and his mentor hadn't called him over yet. They would be out and back before the Clan even knew they were gone.

Hollypelt blinked and looked away. She pawed at the ground and cleared her throat, "So... uh. What do you like to do around here?" She shivered and looked up at the sky, wondering if StarClan would approve of what the clans had become.

Blossomkit's blue gaze widened innocently. "Oh, sorry." She meowed, sounding generally so. Her gaze suddenly looked down; Blossomkit didn't like it when others scorned her. Her tail twitched, and an idea came to her. Peeking up, the kit gave a sudden smile. "Hey! Wanna play hunt the moss?!" Her voice was eager and her tail lashed with excitement; it was quite the change from a few seconds ago. She loved playing games with anyone and everyone who wasn't willing.

Eveningkit bit back a response Ofcourse I’m right, I’m always right. Though no apprentice likes hearing that from a kit. She forced an answer,” That’s true. Only major thing you can’t do is go to battle.” She replied

Cherrypaw let out a sigh, annoyed at Eveningkit's true statement. "That's right." The apprentice mewed, disappointment evident in her voice. The war between ThunderClan and WindClan was fresh in her mind. SkyClan had stayed neutral in the issue, but Cherrypaw knew that if SkyClan had fought Blazingcomet wouldn't have allowed her to fight. She might have been 9 moons old, but the blue-eyed apprentice hadn't had enough battle training to hold her own against a fully trained warrior. Perhaps she could beat a younger apprentice, but Cherrypaw honestly wasn't even sure about that. "If I had to I'd give it my all though." She was speaking more to herself than to Eveningkit.

She shrugged and looked around the crowd, amazed at how many cats there were. She would ever know them all, but she probably should get to know more of them.
