I would rather talk it over than fight but most cats try to find the simple ways and resort to fighting." The tom took a bite of the bird before scratching his side again with his hind paw. I think I have a flea." He turned around and nipped at where it was itching before spitting out the flea.

Owlkit mewed in somewhat of a flat tone as her ears went back, although she felt the sharp sting of regret hit her instantly. He doesn't belong to me! She thought again, and once she heard his next words a relieved expression came over her face and she gave a sort of half laugh, nudging him back...although perhaps a little harder then needed. "Very funny, Storkpaw. You had me scared out of my wits! I was sure you had found some other friend that was better then me and- and she was going to replace me!" Owlkit mewed, her blue hues widening dramatically. Although she had spoken the truth- she really had thought Storkpaw was replacing her. "But if he's your brother, then I guess I'm good with it." She added after a while, with another bright smile that seemed to light up her face. She was relieved that Storkpaw hadn't actually found a replacement for her.

Storkpaw watched, half uncertain of how she would react, but was also quite interested too. His taunting should have provoked her feelings, and hopefully they related closely to the ones he felt for her.mhe watched her expression change in flashes, sadness and regret, then relief. "I was only teasing Owlkit, no need to get your tail in a knot." He purred in slight amusement. "I could never find a better friend than you." He said nudging her again. "But yes, Barkskip is my adopted brother. He cares for me and makes sure I'm getting along well. He just..I dunno, watches out for me I guess. I owe him though. He is the best brother I could have asked for." He said slightly embarrassed as he released his feelings. It wasn't something he did often, but Owlkit was special, and she deserved to see every side of him. Maybe, Barkskip was right, maybe one day, she'll be my girlfriend. What a great life that would make for...

"Oho, so it does!" Stormspirit giggled and launched another barrage of battings before tackling into Spotcloud once more, not strong enough to knock him over this time though.

@Grimshadow ) Spotcloud smiled, before pushing Stormspirit back again. His light green eyes danced with playfulness as he waited for her next barrage of attacks.

She danced around the tom to get strikes in here and there, swooping in and swooping out and sometimes feint she was going to land a blow, and then follow it up with a surprise attack. "Can the flatterer keep up?" Stormspirit taunted harmlessly.

Spiderkit flicked his tail over to where the two kits were playing mossball. "Come on then!"
He mewed his paws thrumming against the ground as he darted towards Echokit and Falconkit.

Nettlebreeze nodded in agreement. "Same. Unless it's actually for a good cause," She said. But usually fighting was never used for a good cause. Usually it was just a way to find an excuse to kill someone you didn't like, or just kill in general. She smiled as he said he had a flea and mumbled teasingly, "Your turning into an elder." The she-cat rarely got fleas, and if she did she noticed them and killed them instantly.
