Dawnstar kept her ears ricked as he spoke, taking in all his words. She lashed her tail and glared at Gazestream. "Traitor! You are a traitor to us all!" She snarled.
Gazestream looked at her mother, bewilldered. "W-What do you mean?"

"You brought him in here to kill me! Your a traitor, LEave my den. Flamewing, get two cats to guard her and take a patrol out to make sure Nightclaw left. "She hissed in fury.

"Im fine." She said. For once, the strong she cat faded and was replaced by a skinny she cat with ruffled fur. Her ribs poked through her fur. She fluffed her fur to cover them but, it didnt work.

Nightclaw heard a small noise and grabbed Heartkit by the scruff. He carried her away. "What are you doing? " He asked through muffled fur.

She started to fight off, but then stopped when she heard who it was. "Nothing!" She said. "Now put me down."
