Lacy padded out of the house while her two-leg wasn't paying attention. The light ginger tabby cat with the white belly and paws jumped on top of her fence, doing what she always did which was gazing out into the forest. Her green eyes scanned the tree's, but she didn't dare jump down from where she sat on the fence. She had met a couple of cats before when she snuck out the last time, but she was called back by her angry two-leg that didn't allow her to step foot out of the two-leg den, let alone the garden. Lacy let out a sigh, feeling abreeze rush through her fur. She didn't notice how cold it was out here.

Jax was walking through twolegplace, his fur fluffed due to the cold chill the air brought. He generally avoided walking right through the homes of the twolegs, but today, he didn't have much choice. He saw a she-cat on a fence and tried to duck down, hoping she didn't see.

Lacy heard a noise, seeing a tom duck down at the sight of her. She was all the way up on a fence and could see him clear as day even when he ducked away. "Just to let you know the grass over there is not very tall. I can see you.", she meowed, not sounding mean. Her voice was a little playful. She was glad to be out of that stupid house again.

Lacy for once jumped down onto the other side of the fence in front of him. This was her first time setting foot beyond her two-leg garden. He seemed a whole lot better then the last tom that came by. "So clans are real? My mother told me about them when i was a kit.", she replied.

"We can hang out. Well at least until my two-leg realizes I'moutside.", Lacy meowed. The light cat scented something, but didn't know what it was. There was a mouse just a couple fox-lengths away. She gave chase, but it rsn out of her reach.
