Leafshadow's nose twitched as the cat caused her to tumble once more to the ground, and she dragged herself back up, and turned to face the apprentice with obvious annoyance. She turned to face him, but then looked to his mentor, who she believed to be the bigger threat. She tried again to attck the mentor and hoped the apprentice wouldn't interfere. She jumped alongside the older cat, and reached her arms out, hoping to rake Chamoelonvine's side with her sharp claws.

Thistlepaw, seeing Skyfeather lose balance, darted forward with claws unsheathed to land a darting blow right on Skyfeather's face. He let out a shriek as he felt a weight come down on his shoulders and twisted furiously as the ginger shecat fought to grab ahold of him with her teeth. He managed to twist onto his back and aimed a hard, clawed kick up that hit the shecat on the inside of her backleg. "So you're the one he left for."

Yelping, Cherrydawn staggered back, freeing the small Windclan tom. She could already feel warm blood on her leg, and before she could think to do anything else, she felt a sudden hit to the tendons on her back legs. They gave out as she went sprawling, the small cat and her in a frenzy of hissing and claws that ended with him on top. The little tom brought his paw back to land a savage blow right on top of her. Wordlessly, she screeched as she went to cover her face.

Skyfeather looked up and bared his teeth. He got up and crouched, glaring at Thistlepaw. “Leave her alone!” He screeched as he pounced at the apprentice. He wrapped his paws around his neck, claws sheathed, and forced all of his weight to the side. Skyfeather pinned the apprentice. “You don’t hurt her! You don’t touch her! Now get out of our camp you dirty rabbit chaser!” He didn’t even stop to think about what to say. The words just flew right out of his mouth.

Bumblebreeze snorted at Tigerdawn. He didn’t want to fight this pitiful warrior. “Come on, Flowerpaw, let’s go back to camp. Leave these cats to die.” Flowerpaw hissed. “Fine. But then we get to loaf around like you promised.” Bumblebreeze purred. “Looking forward to it.”
