.May not be a med apprentice if there is one( unless starclan says)
.Deputy must have had at least one apprentice before getting a higher rank
. May not become apprentice if all the warriors are taken

Only four cats each we don't want the clan getting to confusing. I only get 5 cuz no one would be an elder
