"That's good to know," Charlie remarked with a sigh of relief, "The last thing I need is for people to make fun of my body on the first day of school." He was going to mention more, but decided not to. The white-haired male did take note of something though. "Why are you dragging me do quickly? What's the rush?"

"You shouldn't be so hard on yourself," Charlie said as he looked at his friend. He almost uttered a second part, but grew shy and kept his mouth shut from then on about the subject.

He shrugged. They reached the locker room. "It doesn't matter anymore, anyways. I've gotten used to them." He pushed the door open, letting go of the boys hand. "Go ahead in." He smiled. It was clearly a fake smile this time.

Charlie didn't know how to respond to that, but he was no stranger to such things. Back home, there were people in his family that knew his harsh bullies or just humanity could be to some. After awhile, Ashton let go of his hand, pushed open the door and told him to go in. The white-haired male nodded with a slight gulp and then walked in with his clothes in his arms. The area was somewhat decent, but it was no luxury. It was cold, there were other boys, some chatting among themselves while others just changed clothes. He blinked back at Ashton before shakingly walking further inside to find an open gym locker.

Seeing Ashton follow him out of the corner of his blue-hued gaze, Charlie simply chewed his bottom lip and mumbled to himself while looking for an available locker, trying not to get in any other males path or business. Eventually, the small white-haired male found an empty locker that was wide-open. He decided to take a risk and use this one, sitting down on the metal bench in front of it while putting away his gym things in his locker for now.

Charlie watched Ashton walk away from him, going to his gym locker to change into the right clothes, leaving the white-haired male to his own private thoughts for a moment. He knew that he couldn't be a complete coward like this his whole life and needed to show some backbone--that would make his family proud. It was then he decided to just change out in the open like everyone else. Pulling his shirt over his head, Charlie tossed it into the locker. His skin was clean and smooth for the most part, but when looked at close enough, long scars rested along his chest and back from a long time ago.
