Also, I too refresh my feed, I mean you kinda have to keep up in case someone wants to contact you. Not as often though as I was introduced to forums and social networks as a whole pretty late, at least later than most people. (I have a Facebook I just made a year ago and I go on it every 32 of each months  )

It’s called having a parent who thinks it’s unhealthy touching electronics and relying on a therapist... Well...do you when you have no notifications refresh your feed every ten seconds?
