A wolf with a brown coat and white underbelly sat next to the riverside, looking at his reflection in the water. The sun shone through the trees and he felt great. He had been doing well after he left his pack. The hunting was good, and the best part, he hadn't seen or smelled any other wolves around yet. He did feel like the place he had settled was too calm though, as if it wad hiding something bad from him. But Timber pushed those thoughts to the back of his head and smiled, taking a few laps from the water, not thinking for one second that another wolf could be watching him or anything like that.

A soft growl was heard from behind, first after a few seconds it was quiet than whoever it was jumped. Right onto him growling loudly was a black and white wolf. Her eyes cold and emotionless as she snaps her jaws loudly at him “ what are you doing here?”
