Hawkspeed followed her gaze. The clouds. Seeing the clouds made him wonder,"do you think StarClan lives and walks in the clouds? And if so, what about a cloudless day?"

Cherrypaw bit back her immediate response. Were apprentice duties and warrior duties all that different? Maybe. Apprentices and warriors alike went on patrols and went hunting and trained. Apprentices definitely trained more than warriors without apprentices, and apprentices did have a responsibility to take care of the elders' needs. An apprentice's daily life and a warrior's daily life was practically the same thing. But warriors had a lot more freedom and respect. If Cherrypaw were to decide to go hunting right now, she wouldn't be able to do it. Some cat would question her and send her right to her nest or her mentor. If she had her warrior name, no cat would question it. Cherrypaw would be able to slip right out of camp without any hesitation. She'd have a voice in important conversations to. If Grousestar was pushed to the point where he considered going to war with one of the other Clans, whatever Cherrypaw had to say wouldn't be considered, even if she had a good point. She felt like Clan life was just dependent on age.

"You're right." The apprentice mewed rather reluctantly. "Of course being a warrior does have its perks, but the duties and responsibilities are basically the same." Cherrypaw agreed. "But I guess all that matters is that everyone is serving the Clan."

He felt happy for some reason that he met some one who he can almost relate to. And a she cat at that. Blossomkit tumbled out of the nursery, her white fur sticking up along her small, thin body. Her crystal blue eyes shone with alertness and excitment at the prospect of a new day of exploring. Blossomkit looked around for something to play with, and found her quarry; a chunk of moss! Dashing over, she hooked a paw beneath the greenery and flung it high into the air, giving a yowl of pure joy and excitement at she launched after it. @Boba Fett

Not on clouds... much above them. So far we can't seem them." She tilted her head slightly and smiled, enjoying that she had something complex to think about.

Thornkit sat up as a young she-kit pounced on the moss,"Hey!" He mewed indignantly,"I was stalking that!" Thornkit normally got irritated easily by little things, but he was calmer in bigger problems. Even Thornkit himself knew it was weird. He rolled his eyes and looked at the she-kit.

Hollypelt shrugged and replied, "that would make sense. Or they see us all the way from the stars. Who knows?" She knew that some cats didn't even believe in StarClan. While Hollypelt would respect their beliefs, she believed that StarClan existed with all her heart.
