It used to be that i'd get a notification for quotes and mentions from everyone who used it, even those who are not my friends. Now I only get notifs when my friends use it. How do I fix that?

I’m not exactly new here but that’s besides the point.
I believe that in settings, under the tab, “Settings” there’s some boxes you can check to change mentions to those on your friends list.
