The scabs on her stomach, shoulder, and face were driving the leader crazy. It took everything in her power to keep her claws from itching at them. In her need to distract herself and the obvious issue that came with sorting out kit classes for the cats, Dawnstar need something to entertain the kits with as well as something she could have the clan rally behind. That didn't involve going out and murdering foxes or squirrels.

What's better than holding a safety lesson for kits. She had no clue why kits were so dumb, she didn't recall being as dumb as them when she was their age, but for whatever reason the kits here seem to totally disregard the dangers of meeting strangers. The kits kinda just walked up to them and started talking to them, or at least that's what she recalled them doing the last few times any idiot attempted to get into ShadowClan... maybe they weren't dumb... naive might be a better word.

She wanted to touch base on what to do if you get kidnapped or someone forcefully tries to take a kit out of camp, or someone tries to get into the nursery. Honestly, this was something the queens should have already taught kits, but the stuff the queens should be educating kits with clearly wasn't being taught.

"ShadowClan! Come gather at my paws for an event." Dawnstar roars, seating herself in the middle of the clearing beneath the Shadowledge. "We're going to be playing a little game." Depending on how many cats she got would depend on if she'd need to break everyone up into little groups... maybe it would be better to break them into little groups... but that's not how the nursery worked. No, it's better to keep them together.

How this Works:
With the kit curriculum teachers being sorted out, figured this would be a good time to hold an event to fast-track some of the kits into apprentices. Will need warriors/enforcers and apprentices to play parts in the game.
Any kits 2 moons and older who participate will be allowed to rank up to apprentice without the usual rank requirements.

Cloverkit padded over, interested in what this was about. Noticing Dawnstar was the host he walked a little more slowly.

Rufflekit showed up grinning, he wasn't sure what kind of game it was but he was going to be the best at it.

The urge to claw off the cobweb covering his eye was growing with every second Sagepaw stayed still, going stir-crazy in the camp. He almost yelped when Dawnstar called for the clan to gather, but curiosity got the better of him. He stretched and made his way over, never one to pass up a chance to play a game.

A game? Skybranch wondered why Dawnstar would be calling everyone for a game so the heavily pregnant she-cat padded out of the nursery and sat down below the shadowledge, wondering what was going on. Open

The tom padded towards Dawnstar's call. There was no way he was going to pass up on playing with some kits! He quite enjoyed being around the kittens and apprentices. He especially enjoyed teaching the younger cats new things.

Woollyfeather trotted over at the call of her leader.
As she approached, she could see that there were a fair few number of warriors already, especially compared to the maybe 3 or so kittens that have joined up to play. All the more reason to hurry over before Dawnstar began turning away extras.
She sidled up among her joined clanmates.

Stormpaw with the mere voice of Dawnstar snapped into view before walking down and taking a seat wondering whats going on and why kits werent being scurred off

Cypresskit trotted in the direction of Stormpaw but heard Dawnstar say something about a game, she liked games so she gave a meow of joy before sitting next to Stormpaw
