"Are - are you crying?" Wormbite stuttered in shock, his ears pulling back in dismay. This was. uncomfortable. Would it be rude to ask for this stranger to simply.. not? Or at the very least, relocate to where the Shield was not? He did not want to deal with someone's emotions.

He let out a grunt at Roseraven's second comment, a scowl taking over his shock. "Good. Otherwise, I would make sure you were turned into crow-food. " A fate worse than all, crows were awful creatures. Actually, his ears perked up. He - he knew this cat. Her voice was familiar.

Not quite, but he had been an escort for Fawnlight. (Fawnpaw, at the time, she's grown a lot. It was.. strange.) "I.. know you. You are one of the. .. medicine cats. Yes? Correct, " He frowned, his confusion deepening. Why was she here then?

Firepetal padded ahead of her apprentice, looking back every so often at Frogpaw. They padded through the green blades of grass. New-leaf was coming soon. The trees stood firmly into the ground, resisting the giant gusts of wind. The she-cat narrowed her eyes against the breeze to avoid her eyes getting dust within. Soon, they went downhill, padding slowly, and cautiously.

I was told that Frogpaw was an excellent hunter. Always catching bugs in the nursery. the ginger thought, making her way through the woodland, weaving through the bushes and trees. The sounds of scuttling from the woodland creatures echoed into the woods. Firepetal smiled. She felt pride every time diving into her territory. Reminded her of her own apprentice days.

As they neared the border, scents of Shadowclan drifted in the breeze. She stopped, hackles rising. Doh. Those were markers, not cats. she turned to Frogpaw. “This is smallpines. We share this border with Shadowclan.”

He quickly got to work falling into a sort of rhythm, as he marked the trees. Rubbing his scent over the bark until it was ingrained. All while he worked,he kept his ears alert in case something went wrong on the other side. All in all it seemed like everything was good here, the scent on thunderclan's side was fresh, and nothing seemed out of the ordinary. It didn't take him long to thoroughly go over the border, and he was back where he started. He sat down to wait for the others, mindlessly swiping a paw over his ear to keep himself awake.

Roseraven looked away awkwardly, not knowing how to respond to the question. Crying? Of course she was crying. Things were terrible now!

Wormbite's threat was expected, even if it made her cringe a little. She just said she wasn't going to, what was the point of threatening her, just to insult her? Not the she didn't deserve it. She might accidentally commit grave medical mistakes on one of their cats if they didn't chase her out.

The next question probably hurt the most.
"N-not anymore. I can't be a medicine cat if everyone I touch dies." she said, crumpling into a pile again.
