So for this purrk, would it be 3 uses on ANY cat. or just the cat you bought it for?

This purk is only for your missing cat, if you want to bring them back without role playing it out you need to let the the High rank know you purchased this so they can bring your OC back to active status

hey! prison escape can be used on any character [not restricted to the one its initally bought for] to return them from being missing, and can be used a total of three times before it expires
