Closed gathering infiltration for individual plot?

for a romance plot involving a clan cat and an outsider...

would it be allowed for the outsider to show up at a gathering to hang out with the clan cat? would it have to be roleplayed that the clan cat shows the gathering place prior to the event? i assume the master scout purrk would work for this too if thats a requirement

also would that risk high ranks kicking them out and/or harm?

Last time I did that, (Having an outsider show up at the gathering) my Outsider Frisk was attacked by Dawnstar and almost killed. (For malice intentions. But your character might get off with a warning or two.) I don't remember getting staff warnings for it, so I think it's fine as long as you roleplay them showing up, blending in and stuff like that. You also can't go attack everyone without their perms. and your character might get killed/attacked if they get caught.

If your worried about High ranks bumping in your plot, I think there is a purrk you can buy that prevents that
( NOTE: My word is not final, so I think it's best If you get staff perms before doing this.)

No, your cat would not get away randomly joining a Gathering. Not only would they be kicked out, but they risk death.
A better solution would be for the Clan cat to slip away from the Gathering to meet their lover, who may or may not be somewhere nearby waiting for them.
Or perhaps even pretending to be part of the group joining the Gathering and instead slipping away before they reach the Sea Stones.

Your cat was not attacked out of malice by Undertaker. He's had Dawnstar attack or challenge nearly every outsider that's tried to show up at a Gathering. Outsiders are not tolerated by the Clan cats in any capacity, especially when it comes to their territories.
