Duskthorn sniffled and sat down, wiping tears from his face, "just stop talking and rest, Wildstrike. You need to rest if you want to get better but... don't fall asleep because you might not..." Wake up again, he finished in his mind, looking with wide eyes at Wildtrike. "Thornkit and Lavenderkit need you to survive. They need you to survive, and they need your survival in order to survive, so don't leave them! Don't leave us," he whimpered, petting the ground with his paw. He looked at Silverscar, not used to seeing him break down like that, and Duskthorn wasn't even sure how Treestep was reacting to this. @Broken Madness @Boba Fett

Twilighteye followed Shadowfire closely, keeping her tail on his back in case she accidentally got lost. She sighed. She hated being blind, hated not being able to see. Then she perked up a bit. She was about to smell flowers for the first time. That thought made her extremely happy.

Some pink geraniums were up ahead. The two friends got closer to the flowers.

As Shadowfire held the flower in his jaw close to her nose, she gave the flower a light sniff, then purred in contentment. "Ooo, it's... Amazing! I adore it!" she cooed in delight. She raised her paw and lightly took the geranium from her friend and put the stem in between her claws, reaching up to stick the flower behind her ear. She purred as she turned to her friend. I... I have always wanted to smell a rose... Can you take me to a rose bush...?" she asked, stepping beside her friend and resting her tail over his back once more so he could guide her. Her sightless gaze was full of happiness. "I'm really enjoying this... Thank you." she meowed.

Emberpool rolled her eyes, still purring. Instead of tickling his paws with her tail, she tickled his stomach with her whiskers before pulling away. "Mouse-brain." She laughed.
