Wildmoon sat at the edge of the clearing, his pale gray fur being swept back by the wind. He sighed and wondered what he should do; he hasn't been on patrol in a few days due to his cough, but he was better. The tom licked a forepaw and drug it across his face. Might as well spend some time grooming.

Nutpaw was rather uncomfortable in the clan, Ink...no Inkpaw, still the paw thing is weird, won’t harass me for being a Dusk Syndicate becoming a warrior apprentice...right? Worth a shot... I do miss Russet and being able to hide in the Healer den sorting herbs...and well...Daypaw is rather unplesent, the healer- no medicine cat trainee...no apprentice...so many new words, leader, deputy, medicine cat, warrior, elder, apprentice, queen, kit, Starclan, Thunderclan, Riverclan, Windclan, Skyclan, Shadowclan, hunter’s crouch, fighting stance, patrol, mark your scent, new curse words like dung, foxdung, mousedung, mouseheart,foxheart, fleabrain, sack of fleas... and then the names are weird the kittens- kits have kit on the end of there name, trainees, no apprentices have paw on the end of there name, warriors have random names like the elders, hea-medicine cat tr- apprentice and then the leader has star on the end of his name...It’s so unique and different. Though you can never be too trusting. That doesn’t mean I’m disloyal does it? Just because I don’t trust my campmates, err..clanmates, gah the words are so different, it’s like a totally new language yet not. Sorta like how some upwalkers...twolegs sound different from others....some call themselves British, others American, some Australian, others Japanese....and well...I forgot the rest...I guess that was useless facts housebred cats...kittypets....now I have to be insulting I prefer Dusk Syndicate language to clan language...and it stinks here... she lifted her head slightly to see Inkpaw,” H-Hello I-Inkpaw.” She meowed scared to meet Inkpaw.

In all the chaos and confusion, Nightpaw had frozen entirely. Risingstorm and Snowpaw had had to protect her. When am I going to stop being, so weak? she hissed at herself. Goldenstar had been sitting in his den, still thinking things over. That seemed to be what he did so often now. Then again, who could blame him? He had just witnessed a huge battle after all! He got up, and cringed as he moved a part of his body weirdly enough that his side screamed in agony. Taking a shaky breath, he sat down, then pushed himself back up again, starting to walk out of his den. He nearly stumbled back in when he saw Nightpaw, but calmed down when he saw that it was Nightpaw, and she didn’t look harmed. He didn’t know what he would have done if she had gotten really injured. He probably would have felt as though he didn’t do enough as a mentor to help her. However, she was alive currently, and he couldn’t exactly stress over things that hadn’t happened. “Hello Nightpaw,” He said, dipping his head, “So...did you need something?” He asked calmly, tilting his head slightly.

Inkpaw jerked back slightly, sipping his head curtly to the other "apprentice" in a greeting. Gah, I really hope I'm doing this socializing thing correctly. He couldn't help but think with a singular lash of his fluffy black and white tail. The tom hadn't really seen Nutpaw approach because he had been too absorbed in eating prey, a frog in fact. He picked at it wearily. How was he supposed to eat this? He had already mastered picking off feathers from birds while chewing them, but frogs just appeared so weirdly, having long, lanky limbs along with just plain skin. No fur or feathers. Sighing, he pushed it away. "Oh... hello.." The apprentice said a few moments after his dipped head. He dropped his gaze wearily, waiting for the molly to say something more. After all, she hopefully didn't expect him to start a conversation. After all, he sincerely doubted she was raised around no other cats.

Rasberrybubble saw Wildmoon looking bored,” Hello Wildmoon. Do you want to hunt or patrol the border?” She asked licking her paw. Her russet color wasn’t well groomed, but was half-groomed atleast.

Nutpaw gave a heave of relief,” D-Do you mind if I chat with you?” She had trouble hiding her stutter, she did it due to fear, not rage. Pistachio feels right, not Nutpaw...oh well... She paused awaiting his answer and she sat watching him struggle to eat a frog.

"Sure. Why not?" he got up and lead the way. His tail flicked nervously; he wasn't used to Rasbberrybubble talking to him. He always though that nobody liked him because of his weird liking of bees. Halfway across the clearing, a tiny bee buzzed past, making the tom stop. He stared at the bug until it flew away and out of sight.

Rasberrybubble knew he had a liking for bees, so she shrugged and let his stare at the bees,” Alright. Don’t worry, I’m not in a hurry if you want to keep staring at the bee you can.” She meowed.
