Mudpaw laughed at the squawk, and laughed harder as the side of his head was swatted. He playfully nipped at Bluebellpaw's paw as it shifted back to her side.

Mudpaw squealed as he was thrown off balance, falling on his back. He laughed, and rolled over to regain his balance. This time, he stood in a playful bow. "The mighty MudFox returns!" He giggled.

Mudpaw hissed playfully, and lashed his tail. "Mudfox has ravaged the nursery enough. Now he moves on to the apprentice's den!" He howled, leaping at Bluebellpaw with his claws sheathed.

She dodged the flying apprentice. "Bad enough you tormented the little kits; I won't let you get to the apprentice den!" She turned quickly, jumped, aiming to land on his back.

The thick furred tom whipped around just in time to see Bluebellpaw in the air. He rolled onto his back, and just before the apprentice landed on Mudpaw, he kicked up with his hind legs. "Eat foxdung, RiverClan scum!" He yowled happily.

She let out an umph! as hind legs connected with her, and landed on her side a little way across the den. She scrabbled up, eager. "No you, fox tormentor!" She ran at him again with her paws sheathed, jumping at him.
