Your kindness made atleast the Riverclanners remember what it means to uphold the warrior code and tried to be more tolerant of the Shadowclanners, and your kindness to the Shadowclanners set a good example to nearby apprentices of both clans and helped the Shadowclanners feel more welcome.” He paused,” I really think that’s a great thing about you. You make the clan a happier clan.” He meowed, again not talking about the playful factor.

Hollowpaw stretched and his eyes grew wide at the snow that was falling onto the snow covered camp (First time haha) It’s snow, he stalked over to Lightstream, his new mentor or in his mind his temporary mentor,” Lightstream it’s snowing, so I’ll just head back to my nest.” He turned to leave

A tortoiseshell she-cat sat in the clearing. Her eyes were closed as she listened to the sound of the trickling stream, and the snow crunch under other cats' paws. Her tail waved and she let out a purr. Then FinchFlower smelt prey. A hunting patrol must have just returned. The warrior opened her eyes. She gagged at the sight of dead voles and fish. Whatever, fish smells bad anyway and most cats from the other clans say it feels funny in their mouth so...there that's my excuse. Anyway, by me not eating, it leaves prey to feed the rest of the clan! but no matter how much the she-cat told herself that, she still felt slightly guilty. The tortoiseshell stared at her white paws blending in with the snow and rolled around a stone until she felt better.

Aspenleaf had just returned from a patrol and sat down next to Finchflower,” Greetings. It’s a shame we only have a few more days before the river will freeze up.” She told her as fish was her favorite food and she’d be without it shortly.

"Mm?" The dainty cat spun round to face one of her clanmates, Aspenleaf. "Oh yes...ahem...I always love to sit her quietly and listen to it...splashing and such...and I suppose other cats like to fish there..." it was hard for FinchFlower to mention fish. "Getting cold now isn't it? Or is it just me?" she joked then looked down at herself. She was so skinny her ribs were visible through her tortoiseshell and white pelt. "sometimes-especially on cold days like these- I long to be a kit again, curled up and warm in the nursery..."
I also often long for a mother's milk too... The warrior thought but she wasn't sure she wanted to say it out loud.

The she-cat explained hesitantly. great, another cat scared off by my eating issues...whatever. They get to eat my share of prey anyway so...I'm doing a good thing, especially in Leaf-bare when the Warriors and hunters need energy to catch more prey. And kits and queens and apprentices and elders all need as much food as they can get...I'm just one more mouth to feed...

Lightstream watched the snow fell daintily over the clearing, landing on her body. She loved snow, the way it looked freshly fallen, how fun it is to play in. She watched as Hollowpaw walked out of his den and looked in amazement. She felt like walking over to him and talking about the snow, but then she remembered how much he disposed her. She chuckled and waited till her padded over to her. She scoffed and thought, 'you wish.' She yelled to stop him, "Hollowpaw, wait!" She ran over to him and flicked her tail. "If the patrols didn't go out because of a light snow, all the other clans would have already be dividing up our territory. Let's go."
