He had already guessed that Rainpaw was going to try his best to keep Obsidiansky from knowing anything about him...but Obsidiansky was going to try his best to get through to Rainpaw. And eventually, he would...at least, he hoped he would. It was just a matter of time. He knew that the younger cat probably felt betrayed by his friend right now, as well as angry that Blazingstar had scolded him in front of everyone, not to mention his friend. Hm. He thought, examining the younger cat after a moment, his hues flashing with curiosity. His tail twitched back and forth and his hues snapped with frustration before he sighed, his stance becoming more tense then before. "Yes, Rainpaw, we can drop it. But if you speak to me or anyone else in the manner you spoke to Ferretpaw, there are going to be consequences. Understood?" He asked in a low growl. He didn't want to threaten the apprentice. But Rainpaw was beginning to get on his nerves, and he didn't know what else to do now. His tail twitched back and forth in frustration before he took a deep breath and calmed down.
There was no point in getting too angry at the apprentice. Rainpaw was already so bitter that anything might make him angrier. "Alright. I'll show you around the territory, and ask you some questions. Sound good?" He asked, glancing over at Rainpaw. Basic questions...nothing scent related, I'll have to remember that. I wonder how I'm supposed to teach him to hunt...well, he can hear fine, can't he? And see fine, too. I hope. He'll be fine. Obsidiansky thought confidently, although the twinge of worry kept pulling at his mind, making him anxious. He didn't want Rainpaw to notice that he was worried, so he kept his stance and hues carefully calm, although there were the slight warning signs of his anxiety showing throughout his posture and hues. He was wondering how to get through to Rainpaw. That was his greatest goal: to get the apprentice to open up to him. To trust him. For him to get Rainpaw's approval.
This time his lip curled back in a snarl at the mention of his 'friend'. Awhile ago he would have believed that she could overlook his differences but after she had given him that look. It was the first time Rainpaw couldn't analyze her, all he could see was her anger. Maybe it is my fault...? As soon as the thought popped into his mind it whisked away into a storm of pettiness. He thought back to the day when he didn't have Heartpaw, the days where he said he didn't need friends. He was starting to think he didn't need them again.
He was silent for a long while after Obsidiansky spoke and finally he replied calmly, "Understood." One of his ears swiveled back towards the camp entrance where he could hear the murmuring of voices so faintly. Glancing at his mentor he noticed very light waves of anxiety rolling off him. He's trying to hide his worry about something. Rainpaw wasn't sure if he was still fixated on Ferretpaw or about his training. I'll just show him my improved sight and hearing. As they walked further through the moors the voices were replaced by the crunching of snow, sound of the wind, and Obsidiansky's voice. Sparrow-dung! I wasn't listening! Off to a bad start with his training he stopped focusing on the noise around him and listened to the tom. Rainpaw blinked and realized what his mentor had said. "Right, sounds good." As he shifted his gaze away a small smile spread on his maw. The gray apprentice was rather excited to answer questions.

( ahhh I keep forgetting they live in the moors XD forget everytime I put forest and pretend he was looking at the hills )

Their small and fluffy figure made them seem like an adorable and pure young warrior, though that was far from what Caramelblood actually was. Though, that's besides the point. The born-a-tom warrior was emotionlessly freaking out as their secret nemesis; the horrible Blazingstorm, had recently become Blazingstar. 'That piece of fox-dung made it to be leader? What in Dark Forest's name is wrong with StarClan.' they thought, their mind racing with what could happen. They could be exiled from WindClan, for being suspicious or something like that. Their nemesis was leader and the warrior code, even though they didn't follow any of that, said that the leader's word was law. Of course, they'd just go join the Dusk Syndicate and plot against WindClan if they were exiled. Though, the agender warrior knew that their best friend; Thrushflight, would never let that happen. Speaking of the chocolate calico, where was he at this moment?

(Hey, I actually did something I've been meaning to do lol)
The chocolate calico was padding through the entrance of the camp with a small hare in his mouth. Since the Liberation battles, he'd been trying his hardest to keep his personality a secret, although some cats rumored that he'd tortured and murdered a cat. This was true, however, the seemingly innocent feline had to deny everything if he were to continue to thrive in Windclan. Most of his allies were driven out so he was relying on loners and rogues more than his fellow clan mates to get his job done. Recently he'd been acquainted with Ashpaw of Shadowclan. Thrushflight was known for his connections.... if you knew how to get his dark side. To the evil cats he was fairly known as a murderer and a way cats can get other cats killed without being caught. He was known for slaying those that turned their backs on him and he was known for slaying those he was done with. The little calico was much more sinister than he appeared to the naked eye. Although there was one feline in particular that he'd never think of hurting and that was Caramelblood. As the tom-cat set the hare down on the fresh kill pile, he glanced around timidly for the feline he'd grown rather close to.

@Littlelolliepop! @ChameweonRainbow
Gorseflower was stirred from a deep slumber. She had been sleeping quietly, trusting that her kits would behave nicely by themselves. With the help of the other queens, and assuming they would wake her if something was wrong. She woke with a start, the smell of acidic vomit dancing on her nose. She wrinkled her nose and sat bolt upright. Peachkit was at her belly, curled up sleeping. Leafkit and Horizonkit were not seen by the cream queen. With another look of her blue eyes, she spotted Horizonkit over by another queen. She saw the vomit over by her daughter and she flew almost like a hawk out of the nest. "Quick stream!" He hissed. Her overprotective side was taking over now. "Horizonkit is my kit. You do not scare her like that. Can you not clearly see that she is terrified?" She hissed in fury. She reached forwards, grasping Horizonkit and pulling her away. "She is not one of yours. Learn that. If you know something is wrong with a kit, wake or find the mither and let them deal with it!" She spat. She felt bad about being angry, but she had said it anyways. She thought it wrong for another queen to just assume a motherly position of a kit. The mother needed to deal with the problems. As she turned to Horizonkit, her blueberry colored gaze softened and she used her tail to wipe away some excess vomit on her lips. "Horizonkit, you need to eat dear. Or do you feel you need to see a medicine cat?" She said, her voice resuming its usual calm sweetness.

( ahhh I keep forgetting they live in the moors XD forget everytime I put forest and pretend he was looking at the hills )
(XD don't worry!)

Obsidiansky looked a little surprised at Rainpaw's calm response and then cleared his throat, his ears flicking backwards for a moment before they returned to their normal position and a look of pleasure. "Good. We'll head to the border between us and ThunderClan first, okay?" He asked, waiting for the apprentice's response. He didn't want to push the younger cat into doing everything...his goal was to get through to the tom, not make him feel worse. He looked around at the seemingly endless moors, the grasses blowing back and forth in the wind, the snow on the ground brushed lightly over it like a blanket. They were going to get into warmer weather soon, and then Obsidiansky would no longer be cold- he would be burning up. At times he was thankful for his long pelt, such as in these leaf-bare moons when there was snow on the ground and everything was frozen, and at times he cursed them, such as in new-leaf and green-leaf when the weather was much, much warmer. Obsidiansky glanced at Rainpaw, his hues questioning and having the slightest look of wonder in them as he did so.

He wasn't quite sure what he thought of the younger cat. Perhaps they hadn't gotten off to the best start. "I know you want to train, but I think we should get to know each other a little better while we head over to the border. I'd like to get to know you, Rainpaw, if you'll let me." The tom mewed in a patient, calm voice. He wasn't used to dealing with younger cats, although he was trying his best to learn more about Rainpaw. The last thing he wanted was for the tom to get that frustrated again...he could still feel the light flickers of anger burning beneath his pelt and was angry with himself for feeling them. There was no reason for him to be so angry! So why was he so frustrated with the younger cat? Obsidiansky awaited the tom's response to his questions before he chose a direction to go in, knowing the shorter ways to the borders although he wasn't quite sure whether he should show them to the apprentice quite yet. He was guessing he should probably show Rainpaw around the whole territory first before the shortcuts. He wondered if Rainpaw was going to make up with his friend anytime soon. He remembered the regret that he had felt, losing a friend for the first time...and he hoped that Rainpaw wouldn't make the same mistake. He'll come around. I know it. He's a good cat, he just needs a push in the right direction. Obsidiansky thought, watching Rainpaw with questioning hues. As far as he knew, Rainpaw really was a good cat. He seemed to have had a good relationship with his friend, especially by the way that the first thing they had done had been to look at each other. Obsidiansky could feel his thoughts turning, although he tried to keep them from doing so. The newly made apprentices were still young. They had the rest of their lives- there was no reason to rush it at the moment.

I mentioned on my profile that I was starting over. A fresh start is best for me right now; I've created quite a few new characters, and they will all be on my site, but not all will be used in roleplay right away. it's likely I'll bring them in more gradually.

They had the rest of their lives- there was no reason to rush it at the moment.
Rainpaw noticed that his mentor was quite pleased with the sudden change of calmness. "Fine by me." He purred slightly as he followed Obsidiansky and they veered off to what he assumed was the Thunderclan border. Being quite excited to see the territory he picked up his pace a bit but still remained beside the tom. He only saw part of the territory but that was moons ago, where they were heading seemed like a very unfamiliar place.
His gray tabby pelt fluffed out as a chilly breeze swept across the grassy moors and patches of snow. Cold... As he envied Obsidiansky's thick pelt he noticed his gaze keep looking at Rainpaw. The tip of his tail twitched feeling a bit awkward. What was he looking at? Is he analyzing me? He felt a bit uncomfortable being studied because that was his job. He wondered if his mentor was good at examining others like he was.
His ear twitched, it was clear now he wanted to get to know Rainpaw, and possibly his secrets. Rainpaw didn't think it was so bad, they both deserved a fresh start. "Very well. What do you want to know?" He inquired cooly, not wanting to be the one to start conversation.

But he didn't want to rest just yet. The young tom felt the need to break some rules. He always did, so it wasn't anything new, but he wasn't sure who he should break the rules with. Burntkit didn't like to break the rules himself and would prefer to drag someone along with him, but he didn't like to drag just anyone with him. Sometimes he liked to mix it up.

Cyan orbs stopped when they landed on a light tortoiseshell tabby kit. He recognized the tom as Gorsefeather's son. Though Burntkit was only three moons old, he had heard others talk about Gorsefeather and his role in supporting Singenight during the Second Evil Era. Despite his mother being highly against them, Burntkit himself felt no real resentment towards Gorsekit.... especially since he didn't seem like his father at all.

Although he didn't like Charredkit.

The dark red tom skipped towards Gorsekit, waving his redish-brown tail in the air as he did so in a friendly manner. "Hi," he chirped as he stopped beside the tortoiseshell tabby. "I'm Burntkit, wanna play?" He'd start off calm and then start to push about breaking the rules. He expected Gorsekit to want to, though he was just assuming.
Gorsekit was playing with just himself and a piece of stale moss, tossing it through the air and catching it with his paws. Despite being a kit of six moons, Gorsekit still acted like a two moon old. He wasn't one to be violent and often found himself playing with himself and whatever else he could find. He could often been seen glaring jealously at his siblings who appeared to have plenty of friends. Him on the other hand, had none. He couldn't seem to figure out why no one wanted to be his friend. Everyone would always ignore him whenever he tried talking to someone so he had no choice but to spend all his time playing by himself. If he was lucky then his mother, Lilypelt, wouldn't be busy and he would be able to play with her. Although that wasn't very often, ever since his father had been missing, she had acted very sad. He didn't understand, it was just a game of hide and seek right? Gorsefeather would be found eventually.

Gorsekit couldn't help but feel as if someone else was staring at him. Looking up and around, his wide and innocent eyes landed on a certain tom cat. Tilting his head to the side, he took the moment to wonder about who the tom kit was. He had seen him before. Wasn't he Dapplestar's grandson? He wasn't too sure, but that was his best guess.

What happened next though surprised him. Burntkit padded up to him and talked to him! No one ever talked to him or even just walked up to him! "Hi!", Gorsekit squeaked, his voice quite high-pitched. "I'm Gorsekit! and sure!", the calico then said, absolutely estatic that someone wanted to play with him. On his face he had a massive grin, making him look quite stupid to be honest.

Cool Re: WindClan Medicine Cat's Den

Leopardpaw woke up from her sleep and smiled as she saw Surgestorm. "Hey, Surgestorm!" she purred to the black tom. She rose out from her nest and padded to him, her walk less limpy and less pained. Her paw had healed, finally. Now she could go and run with Moonkit. Wait, no Moonpaw. Finally the kit has her ceremony, and they could train together in the moors. She walked up and sat next to him. "Mind if I help, Surge?" she asked.

@Littlelolliepop! @Nighty
Horizonkit looked up at her mother with a combination of terror, shock, and surprisingly, anger. Her eyes narrowed until they were fiery slits like molten embers. "You won't take me to medicine cat. Quicksteam promised not to tell and you won't either. she hissed, Horizonkit then saw the look of hurt on her mother's face and quickly shrunk herself into a tight ball. Im really sorry mommy. But please don't be mad at Quicksteam I was the one who messed everything up. It's not her fault. she whimpered with tears clouding her eyes. Her body sagged in defeat letter her hang limply from her scruff in her mother's maw. She breathed out shakily and her eyes glazed and sunken with exhaustion fluttered half closed. " I really don't want to go to the medicine cat." she mewled weakly.

Gorseflower sighed. She was angers at Quickstream for the course of action she took, but she would be quick to forgive, once everything settled down. This was not the moment for her to apologize. She had things to attend too. "Horizonkit, you need to see Surgestorm. I will be there too and we'll help you feel better I promise. Surgestorm will know how to make it not hurt when you eat, okay? But for now I want you to drink some water and rest. I'll go find Surgestorm." She said rubbing her tail lightly on her face, in a sweet caress.
