Goldenstar jumped up onto the highbranch. He didn't have many ceremonies to do, only one. He looked down at the cats. "All cats old enough to catch their own prey, please gather beneath the highbranch!" He called.
One ceremony, one announcement. It was hard to know what to do when it came to the announcement, or how he would word any of it. He knew he had to make those decisions, looking down at the gathered clan.

"First, I have an announcement!" Golden called, looking down at the clan. "I have spoken with Blazingstar, and I have decided Shadowclan will be fighting against Thunderclan in the upcoming battle!" He said, maybe that could have been worded better, but he didn't care. He had gotten the point across, and hopefully no one would be taken by surprise if they were asked to be in a patrol, now moving onto the ceremony.

"Now, Killer, could you please step forward?" He said, looking for the new member. "Killer will be joining Shadowclan, and from here on, Killer, you will be known as Killpaw." Golden continued, looking at the new apprentice. "Your mentor will be Lostface, and shadowclan welcomes your strength and protectiveness." Golden realized he had just kind of worded that as he went along, but he knew it added more cats to their ranks, which made Shadowclan slightly stronger.

"That is all for today," Goldenstar finished simply, jumping down from the highbranch, nodding at Killpaw calmly as he went.

Killer now known as killpaw bows calmly to the leader “ thank you my lord.” He says simply as lostface begins to walk up to killpaw smiling kindly at his friend “ finally decided to join huh?” Killpaw huffs a Bit “ yes because of those kits of yours someone had to help protect them due to your loving eyes on that mate of yours “

"Just teaching you a lesson." The tom snarled, his tail lashing to help him keep balance as he rained blows at her head with his claws sheathed.

She smirked,” Fool.” She meowed as she stood up What’s his deal? She finally asked,” Why do you hate me?”

Blarewind looked around the clearing for his mate, letting out a smile as he saw Gingerstripe up ahead. He walked over to her with a large smile. Sitting down beside his mate he began to purr at just seeing her. He didn't have to hear her talk to purr. Just her presence made him fall in love with Gingerstripe all over again. "Hello Gingerstripe. How has the weather been to you?" meowed Blarewind, making the first move. He usually didn't make the first move in a conversation. It was always someone else who did. The weather has been a little harsh lately, but not as harsh to where cats are dying everyday. Today its a little warm, but only a little.
