Hawk jumped a little when he scented another cat. They weren't that far away either. This was bad. His green eyes darted around as he tried to quickly flesh out an escape plan. Too late. The ginger tom realized as he noticed undergrowth rustling to his far right. Maybe they'll be nice? He had a tendency to be hopeful.

Ashen slithered out from under a small patch of bracken, thorns clinging to his ragged scar ridden pelt. His eyes fell on a molly who was standing in front of him.
She was rather small, and Ashen felt himself hesitant to attack her. He was already tossed by the fight he had had with the Moon shecat, he didn’t feel like earning another scratch. Besides, she was so tiny... she looked almost cute and Kit-like, with such a feminine appearance.
“Why are you here?” He hissed. His tongue clicked angrily against his fangs, and his ears flattened. His pelt was smooth though, and even as his eyes narrowed they were clear of all hostility and mostly calm. If needed, he would chase her out or give her the night like he had to that other cat.

"Sorry," Hawk quickly apologized while seeming to sink into himself. Don't make yourself look threatening. He thought. Like he looked threatening in the first place, anyways. It took all his effort to no not let his fur spike along his spine. "I was just wandering, as I always do when I crossed your border." He glanced away. Honestly, the tom standing before him looked pretty imposing with his ragged pelt laced with scars. Not to mention he was even missing an eye. "I crossed it because I was kind of hungry." Sure, the truth would probably make the other tom run off after a good blow or two. "I'm so sorry!" He added. "I know it was wrong, but it was only going to be a sparrow. Those don't taste the best in the first place! After that I was going to be right on my way, I swear!" Soon, the apology turned into rambling.

Moon saw the tom leave and she tried to come down with her leg she heard a growl from the tom then she smelled another cat. She was going to get down. When she reached the ground she walked over with the tinniest limp so that no cat can realize that she is limping. Now she was stalking the tom and when she did she fell making a loud noise. She turned her head to the two cats with anger burning inside her that she could not stay quiet.
