Pinekit let out an angry sigh, his tail puffing out as he turned and stumbled back to his mother, nudging his way back under her tail, careful not to wake his sister as he knew she'd make a fuss.

Ripplekit followed to make sure he got in place. "Thank you. Now please don't get up again ok? Oh, and I'm Ripplekit." She whispered.

[Socks]

"Pinekit." He introduced himself as a mumble, already feeling the affects of sleep.

[CinnamonCookie]

"Nice name. Now I'm going to go to go sleep." Ripplekit walked to a random empty nest and laid down and fell asleep.

"Bye.." He mumbled finally before falling asleep.

Ripplekit dreams of having a happy, fun family until morning.

She woke up with the warmth of the sun on her fur. She wished that she could see the sun just once. Well I won't really be able to see them. I just gotta accept my blindness. She thought as she got out of the nest that she slept in last night and heard the kits snoring peacefully. That Pinekit is surely a troublemaker. I gotta keep an eye on him. She thought.

Pinekit walked shivering into the nursery, his fluffy pelt, which had not yet gotten the glossy fur the other riverclan cats had, was soaked with water. Water dripped from his whiskers and ears, and mud clung to his belly and paws. He shivered and hurried to his nest, his mother and sister still eating in the clearing. He was thankful he had not gotten caught.

Ripplekit heard the pitter patter of Pinekit walking in. "Where did you go?!" She yelled when she smelled water on him. "I told you to stay with your mother! Not go and try to catch fish! Why would you ever want to go and catch fish?!" She glared at the spot she thinks he is but she isn't looking directly at him but at the ground beside him yet she didn't know.

He shivered, licking his chest, not feeling well enough to put up a fight. "I... I wanted to be like Mudnose and hunt, h-he showed me how he caught a fish the other day and I-I wanted to try it." He sniffed. "P-please don't tell my mother!"
