Closed Characters pre-allegiance changes

Okokok, I have a character who was temporarily exiled a while back, I’m talking early-ish 2022, and I’m debating bringing them back. They never officially completed there exile post requirements, but I was just wondering if it would be possible to bring them back if their requirements are completed? Would they have to go through the rejoining process?

Given the circumstances I would ask the respective Clan leader! Some might waive it, but an exile even temporarily would be considered public knowledge and leaders may enforce it even now. @Apollo.:
