Overview: Fallen is a strange cat. Because of his secret he never lets anyone else in. He knows lots of cats on a surface level, and it pains him. He’s an extrovert at heart, but he feels like all of his relationships would be a lie if he were to get close to any cat. He really wants to confide and gain wisdom from some cat, but he can’t. Or rather he feels he can’t. He’s incredibly smart and skilled. He is loyal to his clan to a fault he would never do anything to hurt it. However, because of his intellect and his anti-social tendencies some suspect him of being conniving or malicious. Everything is starting to come to a breaking point. He feels like his whole life is a lie and he wants the truth to come out, but he’s scared he’ll lose the clan he’s given everything for in the process. Completely manipulative when he needs to be, he is very cold and reactionless most of the time

Overall Appearance: His an averaged sized black tom with a slim build. He has two inquisitive amber eyes that give nothing away to any cat upon first looking at him. His tail is a bit longer than usual, although he typically keeps it still so it doesn’t look strange. There’s not a mark nor hair out of place on his perfectly groomed, glossy pelt. He is a cat that either causes others to become intrigued or stay away.

Backstory: This is a mystery to all who meet him. It seems that he has had a normal life, without much hardship. Whether or not this is true is known only to himself. All that is widely known about him is that as a kit he was warm and welcoming, but almost as soon as he became an apprentice he became distant. The truth is that his mentor was a snake and liar who was working with rogues to try and destroy their clan so his mentor could take over. Early on in his apprenticeship, because of his intellect and via a bit of spy work Fallenstep figured out their plan, but was threatened by his mentor to stay quiet. The knowledge of this plot plagued him for some moons. Guilt building up inside until he couldn’t take it anymore. His mentor worked him tirelessly in an effort to keep him busy and quiet, but he made a mistake when he thought Fallen would stay idle. Instead he worked harder and learned faster than any other apprentice his age, to keep up. Until he felt he had the strength to take his mentor on. Alone, he followed his mentor to one of their meetups, in a secret cave. He caused an avalanche that scattered the group and killed his mentor. Although he was relieved that his mentor was stopped, the fact that he’s a murder lies heavy on his mind even to this day. How can one with blood red paws be a respectable warrior?
