Pikefang lifted her chin in condescending disapproval, “Lionstorm is a disgrace to RiverClan. An apprentice with potential like yourself should not be penalized for simply being a boisterous young cat,” she criticized, “Perhaps...you would like to learn from a real RiverClan warrior...if your clanmates are so inept, perhaps a former deputy can train you to your full potential.” She proposed, with a smug smirk, tilting her head to gauge the apprentice’s reaction.

"You're gonna train me?" the young apprentice mewed. "Make me a warrior?" This was too good to be true. A deputy would train him! Yay! Soon enough I'll be leader. A smirk spread across his face. "Yay! I don't know how to hunt or fight though..."
