Fleetwind chuckled, understanding. “Well you can’t go running out of camp to watch a battle! But, you can stay here and listen to the meeting if you’d like. I have to warn you, though, I’m not terribly interesting.” The brown tabby returned to his spot by the entrance to the medicine den and plopped down, inspecting his paw as he waited for the start of the meeting.

Nightkit walked up to the warrior, gently rubbing up against him as to not hurt him "I-is it okay if I sit with you?" She asked, a little bit nervous that she had made the warrior mad @Beau

"Err...I was trying to play tag with you but it seems like you don't quite understand it." He awkwardly said to his adopted daughter. "Tag is a game where you try to catch the other person. You chase them and touch a part of them like their tail or shoulder and now they're it and they have to try and chase you!" He said happily. Hoping to make this time with Ivorykit more fun.

Fleetwind noticed Nightkit pressing closer against his leg but didn’t mention it. Instead, he shrugged- gingerly to avoid jolting his paw- and replied, “sure, you can sit here. Not the best view, but I suppose it’s the hearing that’s important.” He tentatively locked at some of the drying blood on his paw but even that small movement sent rivulets of pain down his foreleg. Sighing, he lowered the limb, careful to keep the paw just above the ground.

ashcloud chuckled a bit and stared up at duskstar, "duskstar is demoting murkyshadow today, I think." He chuckled a bit, "I caught him disrespecting prey." he explained, "and he had the nerve to say the duskstar "would never demote me!" ashcloud scoffed with a smile, he shook his head with a chuckle again, "warriors these days." he sighed.

Nightkit looked down at the injured warriors paw, seeing some of the drying blood. She quickly but carefully gently lifted his paw up, trying her best to cause little to no pain. She gently began to clean his paw for him, not wanting him to be sitting there with a possibly open wound. She continued to be extremely gentle, trying to cause little to no pain to the warrior tom. @Beau

The motion of his paw did indeed hurt Fleetwind, but he had a soft spot for kits. Thus, the tom allowed Nightkit to touch the paw, appreciating the gesture. He stifled any winces that wanted to push their way out and silently gritted his teeth, turning his attention to Duskstar in the hope that the meeting would soon proceed.

"I-I hope I am not hurting you too badly... I know it must hurt... B-But if you would let me I can see where it is indeed popped a bit out of place... I know I am not medicine cat, and sadly I know I will probably never be one.. But could I try to pop it back? It would hurt for a second before you start having less pain" She looked up, truly wanting to help the Tom, but knowing he would probably say no as she is just a kit medicine cat wannabe @Beau
