probably because random.org didn't want any of the kits as MCAs (none of them got three or less) and there's not a lot of warriors (three available cats at the time) - leaders in the simulation aren't included in the mentor roll unless it's the offspring of the deputy or there's not enough cats available to mentor.
it's going in order of the waitlist. chameleon is five cats down.
